It’s been 3 months, i stop working out. I feel sluggish, I feel haywire, I feel moody. All sort of feelings. It’s because of my feet, my knee. I had to stop working out. I know, I’m not that avid “workout” person, but when I stop, I did nothing. No walking on the treadmill, no strength workout, no body workout.

Somehow, I also have the issue with my tummy. Not eating well, I’ll have gastric, but then, consequences I’ll gain weight. It’s damn hard to lose weight. I lose 4kg in 4 months, but it can gain back less then 2 weeks. 🙁

I’m struggling, whether I should keep on my daily task, such as walking, and do house chores, or just rest?
